Greetings Friends/Fellow Dog-Bloggers....... Once again, I find myself in the position of having to apologize for my Mom being a slacker. Good Grief! It has been over a month... doesn't she think people will wonder if I am still a blogger?!? I mean I know she is busy and doesn't have much time to do anything, but c'mon.... I have to stay up to date with my fellow bloggers.
So anyway, it got VERY HOT here at the Michigan homestead for this time of year .... high 80's and humid ... not a good combination for a large, extremely furry guy like me. To compensate, I sought refuge on the magic opening in the floor................
I can't explain this magic little wooden covered paradise in the floor, but it blows out COLD air! Pure heaven on a very hot day. As I basked in the coolness, I wondered if I could ever forgive my Mom for being such a slacker.... I contemplated for quite awhile....
And then suddenly.... what do I see outside..... my most favorite thing in the whole world ...... ALL IS FORGIVEN MOM, I'm going swimming......
This is my pool..... I haven't seen it in years.... OK, it has only been months, but whatever.... it has been waaaaaaaay too long.
I swim a little and then a good roll in the grass....
And then just some serious relaxing in my pool....
Go ahead Mom, slack away... I'll be out in my pool.
